II. INFORMATION IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE ESTABLISHED IN THE ORGANIC LAW ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

  1. PRINCIPLE OF INFORMATION

In compliance with the established in article 5 of Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13th, on the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter LOPD), this document informs, in an expressed, precise, and unequivocal manner, that the data you provided through our website or any other collection channel, as well as data generated during your relationship with our entity, will be subject to processing and will be included in the files under responsibility of FUNDACION EDUCACION PARA EL EMPLEO, duly declared and registered in the General Registry of the Spanish Data Protection Agency, for the purpose of maintaining and complying with the relationship of the recipient of the service with our entity and the provision of services derived from it.

In addition, in compliance with the established in the previously mentioned LOPD and LSSI-CE, this document informs that your data may be used with the purpose of sending you commercial and other types of information regarding our entity via telephone, ordinary post, fax, e-mail, or other equivalent electronic means of communication.

Likewise, this document informs that your data will be shared in all cases where it is necessary for the development, compliance and control of the relationship of the recipient of the service with our entity or in the cases authorised by a regulation having the force of law and, in particular, when one of the following assumptions applies: a) The treatment or assignment is intended to satisfy a legitimate interest of the controller or the assignee covered by said rule; b) The treatment or transfer of the data is necessary for the controller to fulfil a duty imposed by said norm.

  1. PRINCIPLE OF CONSENT

The consent for the treatment of your data with the purposes described in the previous section will be understood to be rendered by means of marking the corresponding box provided for such purpose on our website.

  1. OBLIGATORY CHARACTER OF THE REQUESTED DATA

The completion of each and every one of the fields that appear on the forms provided for this purpose on our website is compulsory (unless otherwise signalled with an asterisk). The refusal to provide your data would entail the impossibility of maintaining and fulfilling the relationship of the recipient of the service with our entity, since these are necessary for the provision of services derived from it.

  1. PRINCIPLE OF QUALITY OF THE DATA

The recipient of the service will be solely responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of the data provided, with FUNDACION EDUCACION PARA EL EMPLEO acting in good faith as a mere provider of the service.

In the event that the recipient of the service provides false data or third parties’ data without their consent, the recipient of the service will be held personally accountable before FUNDACION EDUCACION PARA EL EMPLEO, the affected or interested parties, the Spanish Data Protection Agency, and the Autonomous authorities of data protection, for the responsibilities derived from this circumstance.

FUNDACION EDUCACION PARA EL EMPLEO does not collect data from persons under the age of fourteen (14) through its website. In the event that a person under the age of fourteen (14) provides their data through the forms provided on our website or any other collection channel, the information will be immediately destroyed as soon as we are made aware of such circumstance.

In order to comply with the provisions of article 4.3 of the LOPD, the recipient of the service agrees to communicate FUNDACION EDUCACION PARA EL EMPLEO any changes of data, so as to respond truthfully to his/her current situation at all times.

FUNDACION EDUCACION PARA EL EMPLEO agrees to fulfil its obligation of secrecy regarding personal data and its duty to store it, and will adopt all necessary technical and organisational measures that guarantee the security of the personal data and avoid any alteration, loss, processing or unauthorised access, taking into account the state of the technology, the nature of the data stored and the potential risks, be they derived from human action or from the physical or natural environment, established in Title VIII of the Royal Decree 1720/2007, of December 21st, which approves the Regulations for the development of the Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13th, on the Protection of Personal Data.

  1. EXERCISE OF RIGHTS

In compliance with the established in LOPD and the Royal Decree 1720/2007, of December 21st, which approves the Regulations for the development of said Law, the recipient of the service can exercise, at any time, his/ her rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition to the controller or processor of the file, attaching a photocopy of their ID.
